		<description><![CDATA[Great post Cheryl.  I have come across similar closing statements in interviews before and like you suggest, have found that they make the applicant appear arrogant. The applicant would be much better summarising their strengths (in relation to the job of course) than confronting the interviewer and putting them in an uncomfortable position.  It&#039;s particularly true in government interviews where one panel member shouldn&#039;t give their opinion before conferring with the rest of the panel.]]></description>
