Who am I and why should you engage me to help you to win a job?
I established my own consultancy service in 2007, after a long career mainly in senior human resource management roles. Throughout my career, I have sat on numerous selection panels, and successfully coached people from all levels and many occupations in the job search process. In my consultancy business, I keep in contact with employer expectations across a wide range of industries, including the university and community sector and local, state and Australian government. I know that every person has different needs when it comes to applying for a job, and tailor my services to meet each client’s priorities.
What does my service include?
In my job coaching service, I show you templates and strategies to best identify what you have to offer. Then I assist you to work towards completing your application, and can provide interview practice. I believe that with the right knowledge and coaching on how to apply good job application strategies you will be better prepared to present yourself, not only for this job, but also for your next promotion or move.
You will not be assigned to a writer – I work with you personally.
